先講一個好消息:騎自行車對身體很好。2019 年發表在 British Journal of Sports Medicine 的系統性回顧與統合分析(觀察性研究的整合)顯示,規律騎車與較低的心血管疾病發生率與死亡率相關(相對風險約低 22%),且不分性別、不分騎乘形式。要提醒:這是相關性而非保證,實際效益會受騎乘量、生活型態與個人健康狀況影響。
